Retention periods are based on the following rules and mechanisms:

Website form data (Whise): A mechanism at the Whise platform level limits certain mailings and disables automatic tracking after a period of 6 months of inactivity.
Analytics data (AGNC / Inprove SRL): Data relating to audience measurement and analytics is retained by AGNC for a period of 14 months.

2.7 Collection methods and archiving of proof of user consent

Each user is clearly informed of the potential uses of their personal data at the time it is provided, as described in this privacy policy.

Consent is requested for prospects. After the initial contact, the prospect will be invited to give explicit consent for processing this data via the online form. This consent will be stored in Immobilière B2 SRL’s system. If Immobilière B2 SRL does not obtain the applicant’s consent, their information will neither be stored nor processed.
